Bought a Class Package?
What do I need to know before my first class ?
Group classes are small, 3 people per class. Group classes are designed for those who have some level of fitness knowledge and body awareness. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your first class. You will complete a basic health history form and sign a Release of Liability. We strongly recommend private sessions for those with any musculoskeletal or body alignment issues.
Do I need to wear grip socks?
The choice is up to you. We have found that wearing no socks provides the best mind-body connection. Please know all equipment is cleaned & sterilized between each customer’s use, and our floors are disinfected twice a day.
How old do I have to be to take a class ?
For participants under the age of 18, a Parent Liability Form will be required. We have experience training individuals from ages 9-87 years of age!
I’m pregnant, can I still do Pilates?
Yes. We have completed additional certification in Pilates for pregnancy and have trained women up to their delivery date.
What do I wear?
Wear layers; you will create heat within while the workout intensifies. The more form-fitted clothing allows us to best coach you on optimal alignment for maximum musculoskeletal benefit.
